So I have the Leo that I've had for about 6 months and she's great but I had her in sand for about a month. She recently had troubles pooping so I've been working on her with warm water to speed up her digestive system and I've got her pooping semi normally. She's just eating a little less and pooping a little less.
Anyways, I've recently noticed a few little orange spots on her belly and I was wondering if that has something to do with impaction.
Please let me know! If requested I could grab her and take a few pics.

I see it but it appears to me as if it is discoloration on the scales and not in the belly.
What is your current substrate?
Other than being smaller, do the droppings appear normal? (not runny or discolored)

I had her in purple sand for a month. She's been on green reptile carpet for the last month. Her poop was watery but I think that's because I had put her in water and she got a kind of enema... Maybe that's not it?

LOL!!! I doubt it. Are your temps correct? How are you heating the enclosure?

The temp is 70-80.

Your temps are way to low this could very well be causing the runny stool and the lack of appetite. The surface temp on the warm side should be between 90 - 93, the cool side should be somewhere between 70 - 80. I would suggest using an under tank heater (UTH) that covers about 1/3 of the floor surface of the enclosure to provide belly heat. Use the UTH with a thermostat to regulate the temps along with a digital thermometer that has a probe to check the surface temp. tape the thermometer probe inside of the hide you provide on the warm side to make sure your temps stay correct. Keeping the temps to low will cause the gecko to be unable to properly digest his food (runny stool) along with a loss in appetite which could result in other health issues.
