Throwing Up Mealworms

I have recently adopted two more geckos from someone that was moving and they needed a home. I know they ate crickets before but I feed mealworms and have a large colony so I thought I give it a shot. The one I'm talking about ate fine the first two times and was defecating so I thought everything was fine. The last two times it ate it has thrown up the mealworms whole as a group. it looks almost like a large poop but the mealworms are dead and whole, just smushed together a little.

I also fed a Dubia nymph and I see no signs of that in what was thrown up. I'm worried that it might be impacted and that's why it's throwing up but if that were the case would the Dubia be thrown back up too? It's kept on paper towel in a rack so if it were impacted it would have to be from the mealworms.

Thoughts?

One of mine does this too. He only toss worms and have no problems with anything else. All my husbandry is right and there are no illnesses so I imagine he just doesn't like the worms or is eating more than his stomach can hold. If he does fine with crickets and Dubias and poops fine, I'd say you may be in the same boat. He also may just be over eating and his stomach can't handle it.

Sometimes young and very hungry geckos eat too many mealworms and regurgitate. Assuming their environmental conditions are correct and they aren't losing weight, I'd just give them some time.
