Tile and UTH

I'm about to go buy some tile for my Leo, how does tile usually work with UTH, my UTH is under the tank and I am just wondering if I will need to out something under the tile to get the right temp. In the past I had always stacked carpet in the tank until I reaches desired temp. Any suggestions?

I would start with just the tile and then monitor the temps and if you need to adjust it you can put paper towels under the tile until you get the desired temp
