It looks like our p.picta have decided that breeding season has started. We now have 2 eggs in the incubator. If there was no damage done in transport and they incubate for about 60 days then we just might have some new babies for the new year. I understand how fragile the eggs are now. The very first egg I found when cleaning out their tank. I was misting and mixing up the coconut fiber, and broke the egg with the stirring action. I guess that is why they lay so many eggs because in the wild the survival rate must not be too high.
