We produced these "bandit" noseband APTOR males by crossing a Red Stripe/Emerine female from JMG to a White & Yellow G-Project tangerine male. The results exceeded expectations, and now we are tempted to hold them to create a line of APTORS with nosebands.
We also produced the very light colored bold designer with a noseband below (and keeps getting lighter) which could be line bred to make bold line bred snow with nosebands and possibly Eclipse bold line bred snow with nosebands, if it proves het Eclipse. Again, the temptation and opportunity are there to found a new project.
Point: Hobbyists often ask what the future holds for Leopard gecko breeding and whether we have nearly exhausted the possibilities to create new morphs. Here's proof that this captive bred species continues to endow us we plenty of "raw material" for innovation. We simply have to be observant.
