I got my gecko, Flint, from a friend, who didn't want her as she didn't get on with my friends other two geckos. I don't know how old Flint is but my friend thinks maybe 2 years or so. She certainly a full grown adult. Anyway, I personally don't know if I'd bought her, she has some toes missing and so has obviously had shedding issues in the past. But since I've had her she's shed 3 times, the first one perfectly, the next with some problems, particularly round the toes, and now again she has shed stuck on most of her toes. She's not yet the most well-tamed gecko, I admit I haven't yet given her all the time I should. I've tried soaking her, which she doesn't like, and tried using a cotton bud, but she won't really let me touch her feet. How urgent is it to get it off - I don't want her losing toes but is it worth stressing her trying to rub it off? I've added moss to another of her hides as well as her moist hide to give her more chances to soak and rub it off herself. Any more ideas?
