Tokay Gecko question

Hello everyone im new this awesome site i own a crested gecko and a fat tailed gecko but im trading my frogs (pacman,pixie) for a one year old tokay the owner handled it before but rarely so you think its possible that i can tame it with genital handling by letting it lay on my palm everyday or 2days or its impossible?
