This is our Terms of Service that we are getting ready to put on our site. Let us know what you think since I think it looks good as well as my wife but it is always better when you have more people helping out. Thanks all in advance

Terms of Service (TOS)
Please read our “Terms of Service” before placing your order with us. The “TOS” is in place for your protection as well as ours. By placing your order with us you agree to having read our “TOS” and agree to our “TOS”
No Leopard Gecko is considered sold unless a deposit of 20% has been received by us or prior arrangements have been made.
We accept PayPal, Cash, Money Orders, and Personal Checks. Money Orders and Personal Checks have to clear our bank before Leopard Gecko’s will be shipped. No Exceptions
We will hold your order for 14 days upon receipt of a 20% deposit. If you need longer than 14 days please contact us before placing your order. If payment is not received by the specified date for full payment your deposit will become the property of Wise Reptiles.
We also do payment plans on an individual basis. If you are interested in doing a payment plan please contact us before placing your order so that we can set up a payment schedule that is convenient for you as well as us.
Live arrival is guaranteed as long as someone is there to accept delivery on the first attempt. We are not responsible for carrier error. Any DOA must be brought to our attention within 6 hours and you must retain the Leopard Gecko. Proof may be required.
We will not ship if the temperature is below 40 or above 90 degrees. No Exceptions
All Leopard Gecko’s will be healthy and properly/temperature sexed and free of any parasites or diseases.
All animals for sale are captive bred and feeding on mealworms, cricket, or super worms.
We can’t control housing conditions when the Leopard Gecko’s are out of our care so there is only a 72 hour guarantee once they are out of our care. We may extend this guarantee if we are notified prior to the 72 hours.
We do not refund shipping costs.
We may be interested in trades from time to time. Our trade policy is very simple. Pictures first, and whoever initiates the trade ships first. Each party is responsible for their own shipping costs.
