I'm going home next week for Thanksgiving break and I'm bring my leo. It is a 10 hour drive so, should I leave her in the 20L that I have her in, or put her in a smaller enclosure for transport?

Thanks!

How long are you going to be gone? It's probably best that you just leave her where she is. Leave some mealworms with her and plenty of water, and she'll be fine as long as she's a healthy weight.

Transporting is going to cause a lot of stress and I would avoid that. If you absolutely have to, it's another story. I wouldn't bring the whole 20L. Bring a smaller enclosure and her hides (but in a bag or something, not in the cage, because going over bumps, etc can cause cage furniture to shift and injure your leo). When you get to you destination, then you can put her stuff in her cage.

But you're still going to have to heat her somehow, as well as give her the opportunity to cool off if she needs to.

I've left my leopard geckos alone for 1 week before- I just put plenty of water in and mealworms and they were fine. Remember, as long as she's a healthy weight she wont even need to eat as she uses stored fat in her tail. Just be sure there's water. I test out my water dishes to see how long it takes for them to evaporate BEFORE I plan a long trip. Also, make sure it's in an area where she wont deficate in it and heavy enough that she wont knock it over or something. :)

A week and a half, and she needs to stay home. I'm visiting home from college, and she needs to go home for like six weeks.
