So we had a clutch from a Tremper Hybino (from Paul Allen, a proven Tremper Male) hatch (incubated at 80-82). Well, one egg went bad and the other egg hatched and produced this....

The vein is red/maroon-ish.

We were thinking the mother was maybe a LV Albino, seeing as she resembled one closely... until yesterday. One egg from a clutch from the same female that proved the male out to be Tremper hatched yesterday (incubated 80-82 from a Tremper Hybino x Tremper Hybino) and produced this...

They do seem to have a slight aversion to having light shined into their eyes. They squint/shut their eyes whenever we shine the light into them, unlike the normals we "tested" the method on....

...What do you guys think?

The last 2 pictures of the previous post are pictures of a female that is a direct sibling to these two males...

I think it's from the low incubation temps...

By the way, one of your females is ready and will be courted next week!

Yea, we were thinking that also but with the parents being bright orange hybinos wouldn't there be more orange to tip us that they're indeed albino? Both hatchlings are very dark. Also, does the low inbubation temps affect the eyes? I would understand if they had dark bands and light eyes like their parents/siblings, but they appear pretty normal except for maybe some maroonish coloring.

Michael- Thanks for the answer :)

Has anyone else hatched a baby this dark from a pairing like this? I'm curious....
