Trying different feeders. Which would you feed?

So my gecko went through a traumatic experience and hes ok now but he wasnt eating for 6 days. So I went out and tried something other than the usual super worm. I gave him a silk worm one day and a hornworm the other day. He gulped them up! The guy told me the hornworm has the same nutritional value as a pinkie mouse. True?

Im really curious what is best for my gecko. The feeders they sell in my area are as follows:
Crickets
Silkworms
Hornworms
Butter Worms
Meal Worms
Super Worms

Which would you feed your gecko mostly?

I usually feed Supers but since you want to switch it up a bit I would alternate between crickets and mealworms. Buy a hundred at a time then switch. It would be good to also offer the occasional horn or butterworm.

I hate crickets and will be glad when my Dubai's pick up enough to feed a bearded dragon. I am a HUGE fan of silkworms though! You don't have to dig them out, they lay on top. They grow pretty fast so you can buy small ones and they'll last for a while, but eventually fill up a lizard without feeding off too many. (smaller is cheaper as well as bulk).

I haven't bought mealies or supers since I read that Dubais were assumed better nutritiously, so why buy the less nutritious bug? Not sure how the silk worms compare though.

Yeah he liked the silk worm the best. Im wondering how often I could feed him a fair sized silk. Ill give him his supers too but I want to mix it a bit.
Crickets anger me. Theyre stinky and they crap all over the terrarium.
