tub and rack question?

What size tub for a hatchling can be used and how long can they live in there? I heard 6QT is suitable for one hatchling. i use 16 QT for my adults. Any companies that make racks for a decent price? i'm looking for a small rack that can hold about 10 hatchling tubs.
