two new geckos

these are my two new pet store geckos. was wondering if i could get some insight on general health and age/type from the pictures. some people have said buying from chains is a bad idea and i just want to make sure they are in relatively good health. i know one is healing from a dropped tail and im not sure how long that should take to heal.

They're a little skinny, and the first one has some patches of dry skin, but as long as they are eating they should quickly improve with proper husbandry.

any tips for getting them to eat. ive only had them a week so they arent really settled in yet and not eating a whole lot. i put about 5 mealworms in a dish nightly and they only eat one or two. i have also put in crickets but they dont seem to want to chase them.

they both are beautiful a little bit of love and care and im sure they will be fine! as for feeding it can take a while for them to settle in, my little girl has only really started eating more the past 2/3 weeks and we have had her for maybe 2months now!
