Meet my new baby! I haven't owned Leopard Geckos for a few years and was missing them. My boyfriend ended up buying me one, so here he (or she?) is! I was wondering if anyone could predict the type of Morph it'll be. I wasn't really into searching about them when I had them years ago, so was surprised when I discovered a community that was into them & all the different type of them. A little help, please? :)
Btw, I'm new. My name is Marie & I look forward to learning more.

It is the calcium sand that I bought from the pet store. I've used it with my others long ago, but have read stories about not using it due to them eating it when they hunt online recently. I'd assume to change it to rock & moss substrate?

The best substrate is tile if you want a more natural look or paper towels or newsprint if you dont caare about looks. Anything loose can cause impaction and the calcium sand is the worst. She/he is a pretty one. Looks like a Mack Snow Tremper Albino to me. Congrats!

Calcium sand is even more dangerous than regular sand, as the calcium it contains could cause geckos to purposely ingest it, immensely elevating the risk of impaction. Plus, calcium sand clumps when wet and doesn't dissolve, imagine what will happen inside of a reptile's digestive tract. Replace it with a solid substrate.
