Hello just 2 days ago i hatched out and very nice looking rs het raptor "should be female" she was in the incubator for right at 60 days at 80.1 f like i said she looks great and cant wait to she what she will look like later on but her lower jaw is sunken in rather profoundly what causes this and can this be out grown?
the only 2 possible problems i can think of are
1-- her and her clutch mate were laid in the water bowl some time in the morning while i was at work and by the time i got to them i was sure they would not hatch the eggs had soaked up so much water they were huge.... her clutch mates egg caved in around day 45 but she hatched out nicly
or
2-- one day i had a temp spike for about 2 hours at most to 96.7 f
other then the 2 things mentions here everything else seem by the book lol any thought would be appreciated
