Hi guys,
No question, but just something I want to share with you. I opened an egg today that just wouldn't hatch.
The first photo is a photo of how a juvenile is curled up in the egg. I never saw that and always been curious how a baby gecko fits in such a small egg!
Second photo is the same juvenile but now stretched. The arrows point to two deformities in the spine of the animal, one near the shoulder and one at the base of the tail.
Too bad it didn't hatch... looks like it would be a very nice young. Well, better it died before hatching, that way it didn't have to suffer and die afterwards.
Greets,
Stevie
