Undigested waxworms/cricket mass?

I have two female Leos in a 20 long, pearl and jewels. And recently jewels had stopped eating for a few days. But up until a few days ago, she started eating again. She started eating crickets every night so I gave her 3 waxworms as a treat.

I cannot be sure of who this came out of, but I'm leaning towards jewels because I saw pearl look at it and slowly walk over to it and lick it and walk away in disgust.

Also, it could be thrown up, but its so whole and firm that I don't think it was regurgitated.

And this thing is huge. No matter what end it came out of, it could not have been pleasant for my baby.

Crickets on one end, waxworms on the other.

I'm very concerned because
1) is she okay to keep eating
2) I really can't even be sure it was her
3) did it hurt her
4) why did it happen

Any advice?

First step is to troubleshoot the setup. Make certain you have the right floor temperature for digestion, preferably measured with a temperature gun (90-94 F would be ideal). Also, just make sure both geckos have access and one isn't crowding the other out.

If that is all set, try feeding her a smaller amount and see how it goes. If she (or her cage mate) continues having issues with low appetite and/or regurgitation, you should consider having her screened by a vet. Things like impaction and parasites can cause issues with digestion.
