Look at that yellow! Its like someone colored him with a highlighter! Is the lavender going to fade to that dark tangerine that his head and neck is?

Yes that darker orange from the head will fill in all of the lavender (it leaves behind hues of lavender threw out the body) the body color around the lavender will stay really bright yellow / tangerine color threw out their entire lives, a lot of shtctb loose a ton of color as they grow. These do not. It makes a really cool high contrasting gecko with 2 shades of color on the body and usually some lavender shows threw. They're really unique looking .. I've worked on them for over 4 seasons now they're one of my favorite geckos I work with.... Another awesome thing about these is the carrot tail is usually around 80-100% full (I only hatched 1 last season with 100% CT she's the mother of this little beauty here. The carrot tails on these range from darker orange to about the same red color you see in blood hypos. There's all sorts of fantastic genetics in my tangerines so they mix really nicely with other morphs. Next year I'll be holding the best male and breedin him to make some LGM tang sunglows and LGM tang raptors... I really need to hold back another female raptor next year as well so I can breed some I to the raptors. I think they would really color up the raptors, but I need to be careful and get a really nice raptor female with a lot of carrot tail , I don't want to dilute the tangs genetics at all ..... I worked a very long time on these .

This is such a cool project! Definitely don't want to bother the tangerine too much-- it looks awesome. Do you have adults that hatched looking similar to this, or is this your first one?
