Alright everyone.
The other day I was moving some old carpet in my house when something caught my eye. I saw something run from one piece of carpet to another, so i caught it in a glass and took a look. On closer inspection I found it to be a tiny litlle gecko. This may not be strange for some people but I live in a village in Nottingham England and it was about -1oC when I found it.
I Took it to my local reptile specialist, and they say it's a Moorish (or Crocodile) Gecko. Apparently its about a month old. They set me up with some crickets, fruit flys, some calcium suppliment and this other thing to dust the crickets with, a heat mat and a little plastic tub thats about 7" long and 3" wide to keep him in till he's bigger (I've got kitchen roll on the botom and a small water dish too). The gecko is about 2" long with the tail, and i've called him/her Jeff.
I need help though, don't know anything about gecko's other than what i've read on the internet. I need to know EVERYTHING really, so please help!!! Anyone with expierance of Moorish/Crocodile Gecko's is a bonus but all comments are welcome.
