If you can fill out this form so we can get more info http://geckoforums.net/showthread.php?t=70912

Soaking in warm water for 20 minutes and using a qtip to roll the skin off will help. Also applying mineral oil to the skin to keep it from drying and shrinking back up will do a lot of good.

I have issues with my gecko and shedding and it is a weekly issue right now for me. I just soak and work a few minutes at a time. If things are black she may still lose the toes. can you post any pics for us?

If soaking is not working, as you say, then it may be time to get to a vet. A vet visit is probably the best recommended course of action now as black discoloration of skin 99.999% of the time means the tissue is necrotic, or dead. Outside of the soakings not working, improper diet and nutrition can also lead to shedding problems from the aspect of the body maintaining skin health.

We need more details (like: what are you feeding, are you gutloading the prey, are you supplementing, how long have you had the geckos, describe their tank, are you providing a warm moist hide at all times, etc.), with proper sentence structure and punctuation and no bolding and underlining, to better understand what's going on.
