UTH at night?

I have recently bought an UTH for my leo and i love it. but i was wondering if i should have it on only during the day and not the night? If i leave it on during the night it will keep the tank at about 92-94 degrees. is that too hot for the night time or would it be ok?

your hot side should be 90-95F (floor temp) and cool side is what ever the room temp is.

you should have a temp probe on the tank floor to measure belly heat.

Yeah i have a probe for the hot side that is on the floor. right now its reading 95....is that okay to keep it that temp all the time?

Yes, that's a great temp for the hot side. As long as your gecko has a cool side to go to that's perfect. If you're reading care sheets that say to have a temp drop at night, that's usually referring to the ambient temperature, ie whatever the cool side temperature is.
