Snowdrop has been eating very little for the past two months, but is not losing weight. I had a vet appointment scheduled for her, but then she decided to eat and poo for several days so I canceled it, and now she's back to refusing most food. From what I've read, it's an autumn thing and she's probably trying to brumate. Her tail looks normal.
Anyway, she got a new terrarium and UTH right when this started. The UTH is a ZooMed, and not adhering to the glass very well. It adheres in spots, and I keep trying to get it to stick properly, which it won't do. This means that the temps are OK for a few days after I push it back on, then go down to about 85-87 as it comes off.
What can I do to stick it on without causing a fire hazard? I was told that duct tape could cause problems and I have electrical tape, but don't know if that would hold. I'd be afraid to use masking tape, and don't think glue would adhere to the glass.
If it would stay on, maybe she'd eat more?
