UTH regulation

How do I regulate the heat on a UTH. I know I use a thermostat, but how do i set it up?

Each brand is differant but you program the max temp you want( mine is set at 91 ) and then it does a good job keeping the temp there. With my rack I have heat cable and use a Herpsat thermostat. It is always within 2 degrees of 91.
