Hey,
I just wanna to confirm the opinion that UVB light isn't necessary to provide a healthy development of leopard gecko hatchling. Also, UVB light can be harmful for albino leopard gecko hatchlings. Am i right? I am only asking because i heard a strange opinion about that.

I never used UVB light with leopard geckos. All of mine lizzards are healthy and good looking gecko's.

Albinos geckos' eyes can be very sensitive to light. Since leos are nocturnal by nature, they typically don't get much exposure to the sun in their natural habitat. They spend the daylight hours hiding in dark, moist cracks. Since it's difficult to simulate the darkness of being deep in a crack, the very bright lights that we provide for some reptiles can end up being pretty stressful to them.

Exactly.

Normal light can be to sensitive for these animals, so let's think about light with UVB. When gecko have the biggest activity at the night, so he didn't need UVB to proper development. Since i have my geckos and breed them, i have ever been using only vitamins and minerals. I haven't used any UVB lamps.
