Hey guys I'm freaking out since i saw this at my leopards gecko vent last week thinking that it is I'll just go away. Both of his hemipenes look good however there this thing that is worrying me. If any of you can tell me what is is that will be brilliant.mHere is a picture for reference.

Hmm, definitely some irritated tissue there, perhaps a bit a prolapse. It could be a sign of infection/impaction or a symptom of parasites.

See "Prolapse" on this page:
Leopard Gecko Health | The Gecko Spot

And here's also an article on impacted hemipenes, since his look a bit swollen on one side:
Impacted Leopard Gecko Hemipenes

If you are able to see a veterinarian that treats exotics, that would be a good course of action. It's obviously difficult for us to diagnose the problem over the internet.

I ended up going to the vet and it turned out to be a sperm plug
