She just got done with breeding season and a week after laying her last clutch I notice a lot of shaking when she was walking around in her tub. I would pick her up and be very jittery with me....
She always has a dish with calcium and I make sure I dust her meal worms at all times.
anyways, I go to check on her tonight and still very weird. she had a hunch in her back and was dragging her back legs. I thought she could be very consipated so I soaked her in warm water for about 30 min and put her back in the humid box. A hour later I check on her again and her tail was ripped off laying in the corner of the humid box, and she was starting to bite her back legs.
Blood was everywhere in the moss from the tail and her legs were about to be ripped off. I've never seen behavior like this, but I had to end that suffering. If anyone has experienced anything like this please fill me in
