Vet in or around Queens NY area

A friend of mine would like some info from someone that has gone to a vet in this area that knows his/her stuff and doesn't charge $80 plus to walk in the door

That is an excellent idea-
the ARAV link is great but it is reassuring to get an opinion/recommendation from someone that has used the services of one of the doctors
