viper gecko help!!!

ok so i just got my viper gecko about 2 weeks ago and her tail is growing back but one of her feet is swolen up. i cannot get pictures but i was wondering if they can sprain the ankle? i already looked for stuck shed and got it all off her foot .

i found some more stuck shed on her toe that i couldent see before. how do i get it off???

Have you tried getting a damp q-tip and gently rubbing it against the foot? If so and it hasn't worked), then try soaking her in foot in warm water.
