viper gecko questions

well i was at a reptile show last week and i saw some viper geckos and i just loved them. i just want to know a little information on them.
1. I want to get 3 (2 females and 1 male). What sized tank would be good for them?
2. What subsrate: sand or paper towls?
3. Would 1/2 inch crickets be good for feeding adults?

1. A ten gallon is a great size for three.
2. Either is fine, I use paper towels because it's easier to clean and makes me worry less about impaction.
3. 1/2 inch crickets are okay... I found my viper gecko had no interest though, and would only eat 1/4 inch and mini mealworms.

My male is a LOT more picky than my female, though.
