vitamines

Alright i am very confused about what sort of multivitamin to get, there are powders, sprays, water drops, etc!. and lots of different brand names with different things in them. I dust with a reptical with D3 every 2 weeks now but want to make sure they are there healthiest so what vitamin would you recommend

Are you using Reptocal made by Tetrafauna? If you are, that acually has vitamins in it ( small print on the back). I actually purchased the Reptocal and also some Reptivite w/ no D3 without knowing the other had vitamins in it. I have heard some people say they give their vitamins on different days then their vitamin D, because of the 2 cancelling each other out. So far I have just been using the Reptocal once a week for both vitamins and D3, but after its gone I'm just getting some Calcium w/ D3 and I'll use the Reptivite w/o D3 w/ beta carotene. The Reptivite is also pretty inexpensive.
