viv size

Hi guys

I am planning on getting one Leopard Gecko, and was planning on getting a 3ft viv for him or her, but was wondering would this be to large for on Gecko.

Not too big for an adult sized leopard gecko, but definitely too big for a baby or young juvenile.

So what the largest encloshore you would use for a baby or juv.

A typical 20 gallon long (30x12x12). I've raised 2 babies in a 20 gallon for a few months now. Initially they weren't really finding hides and stayed mostly on one side of the tank. But now a few months later, they utilize the whole tank and seem to be doing just fine.

I got a 2ft Fish tank (about 18US G) that I can use for when its young. Give's me longer to save up for the viv I want.
