Here is my new pick-up at the Ky Reptile Expo. He is a White and Yellow Eclipse according to the breeder. He definitely fits the eclipse genetics but the W/Y is harder to know for sure but he seems to also fit that as well. Well here is some bad shots of him.
I know he looked like what he should look like but you never know. To my understanding these can only be confirmed by just really looking at past W/Y and trying to see if they fit the pattern. There are so many different colors and patterns with these it's hard unless you know what the genetics are, know what you bred together, and can compare all of the clutch mates together from the same pairing.
He is indeed a W&Y dear. There are many "colors" because some breeders will claim their geckos when they truly aren't. The high white sides and random spots on the tail show that it is a W&Y. If you need a little more help understanding watch this video:
