Hi, I got a question
- if a specimen possess a W&Y and and an enigma gene, how does one identify whether that specimen carries both mutations? What traits do you look for to determine whether both genes are indeed in the specimen instead of just a W&Y?
Is it the paradox spot? - this is said to be the W&Y trait and not the enigma. Even so, not all going to exhibit the spots.
Is it the eye/body color? - both W&Y and enigma seem to possess the same eye/body coloration.
Is it the "Y" looking body pattern? - this is more of the W&Y trait rather than the enigma.
Is it the stargazing and the wobble walk? - first, this does not happen to all enigmas. Second, I was understood that W&Y is the cure to the enigma gene (read somewhere but forgotten where, probably from Baronak
). Therefore, from my understanding, the specimen that carries both genes will lack this trait.

I guess what I am trying to find out is that how do you spot an enigma in the combo between a W&Y and an enigma such as in the specimen below:
