Waiting on an egg

So I have a 60 day old egg that I am incubating at 86-88 degrees. The other egg in the clutch hatched a week ago so I'm worried about this one.

The other thing i noticed is that the egg has a yellow fluid on it and appears to be sweating. When i candle it I can see what looks like a tail and it is still red and has veins. This is only my second year breeding so I am wondering whether I need to hurry up and wait or pip the egg?

Sometimes they just don't make it out. I wouldn't pip the eggs though let nature take it's course. If it's strong enough to make it out it will. That one looks like it had a few more days with that amount of yolk left
