Crested start off life being very small there growth is relatively slow at first at least with me comparing them to my babie tokays I once had(which seem to grow a inch a day) After a few months of age they start growing quicker.
There overall body size is smaller than leos, but a 20 long is not going to have enough height for them. So to answer your question I will NONE. Some people turn 20 longs on their sides for their cresties I don't like that because with all that screen holding in humidity is a pain. HTH

We turned ours on the side and my husband made a custom wall/door on the open side ( he used wood then water proofed it). It has a small screen in area for ventilation. My humidity stays right around 78% in it. BTW it was a 29 gal.

Since they are aboreal, tall is better. That said my guys' tanks are still not turned on their sides because I have yet to create the new doors. They are smaller than leos, weigh less, move faster, can jump. Honestly they are more interesting to watch because of their abilities.

There are a bunch of other posts about people thinking about getting cresties. Do a search to read through those also. Sorry too many kids at the house to get into more details today.
