Wax worms

My Leos have gotten tired of crickets so they are now back on eating the meal worms. I was wondering can they have the Wax worms?

Waxworms are best kept for once in a while treats. They are high in fat and can be addictive for you Leo..they some times will start to only eat the waxworms instead of the other feeders.

Waxworms are NOT a good staple for Leos by any means. They are fatty, incredibly addictive, and will cause fatty liver disease over a long period of time. They are best viewed as occasional treats.
