Waxworm maintenance and feeding

Greetings--

For waxworms, do they need to be stored in the fridge?

If they need to be stored in the fridge, do you take them out to warm them up and feed them, like I just read about mealies?

What do you feed them, how often?

How often can you "treat" your leo with them without it being a problem?

Waxworms are 99% of the time stores int he fridge. They do not require any food or gutload except maybe a piece of veggie to keep them alive if you have them in the fridge long term. Im not sure about how often but we dont treat our leos with them unless its around a holiday or they need to gain some weight. Or something special happened.
