so, do you care for these differently than crickets? Ie just give them some fruit and fish flakes? Also, how long do you think I'd have before they turned into something a bit less worm like? I don't want a house full of flies (or whatever they are) but I also don't want to give my gecko to many "treats." He got one tonight though and he ate it up in no time. First time I got to see him eat :)

waxworms are good because theyre soft and chewy

softer than other worms

but they are too fatty

i would stick with crickets more

Yea, I bought the worms just as an occasional treat, not as the main diet. He/she gets crickets as the main food. The guy at the petstore said that they were like twinkies to them, hehe.
