Weird gecko

I went to petsmart to get some wax and a new bulb and saw this albino leo, the strange thing was the eye... the pupil slit was pure red, I thought it was the lighting or sumthing at first since my albino was kinda like that if the light hit the eye at some point, but this one it was just pure red and the outer eye was kinda like a yellowish color. I was going to buy it until I realize I dont got room for it at the moment =( Very nice looking gecko but can anyone explain to me about the red pupil on an albino? This one was probably.. 2-3 weeks? 4 at most

most all albinos have a red eye slit

Really? I got 2 albino and none of them got that.. their is just blackish. this thing was just like ruby red.

they are more red when younger, also if incubated at higher temps.

All my trempers hatch with red eyes, but the ones incubated at 82 are darker red as Chris states.

Ah I see that clears it up, I went there again to look at it and it seem very very light in color. So this would mean it'll probably turn out to be a male right since it was incubated at higher temp?
