Hi! I'm not exactly a new gecko owner, but I havent had one sice I was really little. Im a bit rusty on owning them lol

I just rescued, and adopted my little Caspian. His owners just dropped him off at the petstore, and they were giving him away for free... I couldnt help myself. He's really shy right now, and even tried to bite my mum.. so we're trying to take it easy. The old owners didnt handle him much, I can tell.. he's not used to being held.

I would love any advice I can get!!

I am definitely changing his viv. They have him on sand, and the tank itself is really grubby. The tank came with him, two lamps, one broken and the other had a 70w lamp bulb in it, the scooper, his hiding rock, and his water dish. The last owners didnt take good care of him at all.
