I've had my leos for about a year now. They were my 1 year anniversary present from my man. Most get jewelry I got something even better! Their spoiled rotten and I love them to death! During the first week I had them the ones tail fell off so I separated them right away. It grew back very nicely! Not a bulbulous (I know its not a word) like a lot of the others do. I just assumed they were both males so they weren't getting along but now that their older I think their both girls, still having trouble with the sexing. I can't see the pores for the male but I don't know if I'm just blind or what? They seem to get along fine now when we get them out together (closely monitored) but they still wag their tail at each other so I'm not trusting putting them back together after being separated this long. Losing his tail has made him a little toughie though. When my cats go to look at their cage he goes right up to the glass and he's like "yeah bring it!"
I might be adopting two others because the owner can no longer care for them. They are a male and female and have been laying eggs. The previous owners didn't know they had to incubate the eggs so they weren't hatching. Hopefully if I get them I want to try and hatch the eggs properly because I've been wanted more so badly! I work at a pet store and see them everyday and it drives me crazy their so fucking cute! But if I do attempt to hatch them I'm going to need loads of help so that's where all you guys come in
