^^ I was getting ready to post something like this, too. I had a family friend look for me because she owns a restaurant (3 actually). She said she can only get 1,000 cases for $50. That isn't expensive, but I don't need 1k. Unless I see some.
I use restuarant quality deli cups because UPS and FEd x will not take the paper thin deli cups, they have to be thicker an withstand a small amount of weight and not crush instantly due to the possibility of a boxes getting smashed, the insulation helps some but these cups are what they required me to have since they do not crush so easy.
So I use these (about 1/3 down on page) and I can buy 1 or 100, and I burn the holes myself. They are thick enough that my 7 year old can put one under each foot and they don.t collapse. http://www.wesellcoffee.com/page29.html#138 8oz HEAVY DELI CONTAINER $0.17
8oz HEAVY PLASTIC DELI CONTAINER & LID COMBO. THIS IS THE CONTAINER YOU GET YOUR SOUP IN FOR CHINESE TAKE-OUT. APPROX. HEIGHT IS 1.75", APPROX. WIDTH IS 4.5".
well that depends on what deli cup it is, is that an 8 ouce deli cup or a small condiment cup? you can get those 2-4 ouce condiment cups that restuarants use for about $25-30 for a case of 1250 without lids then th lids cose $25-30 per 1250 and they would not work for shipping leos.
Sams club doesn't carry them. They have portion cups (the little 2-4 oz things), but any I have been to (about 8 or 9 all over the country, AZ, PA, NJ, NY, NV, TX.) I haven't checked BJ's (Haha can't help but laugh at that). I had someone check a Costco for me, and nothing showed up there.
