thanks for clearing that up when it comes to this i have no idea what im talking about..... anyway, i have a blizzard and a norm wanting to buy an hybino what are my possible outcomes420Geckos said:Patty x Blizzard = normal double het for Patternless and Blizzard... Albino x Blizzard is what eventually makes a Blazing Blizzard, but these traits are all recessive and not dominant.
trizzypballr said:I would imagine that you wouldnt want to breed a hybino to a blizzard... would be a waiste of the hypo gene and the line bred tang.... If you want to make a cool blizzard, get an albino, people are having alot of trouble getting the bell and blizzard gene to work, so tremper or RW would be best. breed those, get double het normal offspring. breed the offspring to eachother, and you have a possibility to get a Blazing Blizzard
GeckoStud said:So wait if I get this right then a blizzard x tremper albino will lead to normal het blizzard and het tremper babies that when bred to gether have the possibility of bb? Sorry just trying to word it in a way that didnt jumble my mind. I think that is what was said right?
cjreptiles said:To answer the original question, as far as I am aware the only morph believed to be dominant in leopard geckos is the enigma, although giants and Mack snows (and possibly Ray Hine's strain of hypos) are incompletely dominant ("co-dominant").
420Geckos said:As far as my breedings go, Mack Pastels are also Dominant. It's hard to know for sure, but I consider all of the geckos that were sired by my Mack Snow Pastel het Bell which at least have light to white heads Mack Pastels... I just don't always call them such...
