What are these spots?

Just normal coloration? I'm not worried, just curious, I couldn't find any similar pictures online to figure out what it was. They're rather brown in person, a bit lighter than in the picture.

Yep!
The only other picture I could find showing similar placement/spots was another baldy.

Yeah almost every baldy iv seen has them on the chin or the bottom of their mouth
