What are these white marks on head?

i bought a tangerine leo about a month ago and when i bought her there werent any of these white marks on her head. Now for about the last two weeks she has these white marks on her head that i am not sure what or why they are there? And its not anything like old skin that didnt shed off.

She is a year old weighs 52grams she eats mostly mealworms sometimes crickets. All her food is dusted with calcium plus there is a bowl of calcium that is always out for her to lick and i change the water everyday. So any ideas to what this is?

She has any cagemates? Those white dots could be from another gecko biting/scratching her. I'm just guessing, need to see a pic to tell.
