hey i brought my dragon off someone i worked with years back and im not sure if he ever changed his uv bulb what one do i use 5.0 or the 10 thank you!

Id get the 26W Repti Glo 10.0 Compact, great product, i use them myself, never had any problems with them.

The compact bulbs have been proven to cause problems. They don't put out as much UVB as the tubes, their output doesn't last as long, and the compact bulbs can even burn the eyes.

That was only regarding a couple of brands, exo terra compact UVB's are completely safe, give great levels of uvb, last up to a year and are cheap. Tubes and mercury vapor bulbs are far too expensive.
