I've seen many people selling albinos het RAPTOR, ( Normal looking albinos )but I've also seen "albinos" that appear to be APTORS being sold as het for RAPTOR. Do some people just label APTORS as albinos ?
The ones I've seen are patternless with stripes tails.

APTORs and RAPTORs hatch out with a patternless and light orange looking. The following is from Tremper's web site.
"The A.P.T.O.R. does not carry the gene to make the banded body pattern. It hatches 90-100% patternless (see above photo) and often carries the gene for reverse stripe. Any pattern seen is in the form of small light-colored, mid-dorsal, spots, circles or faint lines, which are often overtaken by the tangerine during the first 8 months of growth."
Hets will vary in appearance base on what they were bred to. A banded tremper albino to an APTOR might produce very nicely colored albinos but no true APTORs. An APTOR bred to a tremper albino het for APTOR could prouce some APTORs and nicely colored albinos. Technically I guess, anything bred to a APTOR/RAPTOR could be titled "het" (e.g. RAPTORs to normal = het for RAPTOR & Eclipse). I have observed the variation on offspring to be very diverse, which I rather enjoy. Since there are so many genetics that seem to be packed into the RAPTOR "package", I am pleasantly surprised by whatever pops out of the eggs.
