What do I need?

Im looking for the supplies to build my new leo enclosure which is going to be around 2.5'L x 1.5'W x 1.5'D. Also im going to put hinges on the top so I can clean it easily but the main doors I want to be sliding glass doors in the front.

I have some questions on what materials I should get in order to make it?

• What do I need in order make the main sliding doors work?
• What kind of wood should I use besides melamine?
• How should I go about installing the lighting?
• Ok this is a dumb question but, What is the best and easiest thing use to keep everything together?
• I would like to use tile as the flooring but doesnt some tile get hott under heat?
• Is there anything else that I need?
