What do leopard geckos see?

If i were looking through a leopard gecko eye, what would i see? it seems as though their vision isnt very good or they have to get super close to something to see how it moves. just wondering

These geckos have poor eyesight in the light since they are nocturnal. Their vision is better in the dark.
