what does ovulation look like

ok well i think my leopard gecko is ovulating she isnt eating and if you look at her stomach she does have what looks to be a red spot on her when i got her the person said she does look to be on the beginning of ovulation. my camera isnt good and it wont pick it up it just shows a white stomach due to the lighting. should i put the male in her tub and if so should i just put him in for a day and then take him out? also is a 15qt tub big enough for both of them for 1 night?

A 15 qt is big enough for the two of them...I would keep them together for a few days then separate, and keep introducing the male until she 100% gravid and laying fertile eggs.
